I can see myself eating this before/after a morning workout or as a light late dinner after a work event too. I like the creaminess of this while not being cheese. I wasn’t striving for dairy-free but this fits that bill if you’re needing that. On the other hand, a sprinkle of feta on top would add some salt if you wanted more flavor!
